The text in quotation can be read out loud to possibly bring about listed effect. Repeating simple spell can increase likelihood of accomplishing said effect. Also, doing them all in order has the effect of the spell title.

Pore the white salt around your house or around your room once you've done that focus on blocking people out

2. Take 100ml of your infused herbal oil
3. Warm in a bain-marie, and add 15g beeswax until it has melted.
4. Take it off the heat.
5. Whilst it is still warm add any essential oils you want to.
6. Pour this into some salve jars.
7. Allow to cool and then add a lid, label and store.

Tips

• Apply as you need a few times a day.
• To see if the salve will set to the right consistency and has enough beeswax in, take a teaspoon of the hot oil, place it on a saucer and put it in the fridge. If it sets after a few minutes then you are ready. If not, add a little more beeswax.

On the first night of the new moon, throw a handful of salt into the fire, saying the following words:

The spell must be repeated for three Fridays in a row starting with the first Friday of the new moon.

You can further concentrate and make the binding more visible. You will need to use the proper sentence and imagination structure. But this spell is enough for most cases of self defense. This spell might not be enough to stop revenge and use of fire.
