Draw a star on the ground with the chalk. Then tell the mortal to write his/her wish on the piece of paper. place the paper and the belonging to the mortal in the star. Then chant at least 10 times, "This mortal's wish needs to come true. Birthday wishes, one and all. Make it true, so mote it be".

Concentrate on the light and imagine it turning green.

on the paper...

Believe in the spell. Believe it will come true. Use a chant to help increase the power of the spell. Strong concentration, focus and intent will guide your spell. Also be patient and give it time to work.
