At some time in the evening, take a show. After dressing in clean and comfortable clothes, stand near a window where you can see the sky. Sprinkle seven cloves around you in a clockwise direction, forming a circle. Then with your arms above your head, repeat this incantation:
"I am greatful, oh Universe, for this body and mind. As I breathe in cosmic forces, I shall focus with confiende and knowledge".
Breathe deeply for a few minutes until you feel empowered and strong. Put the cloves in a pouch and take them with you. Repeat as needed.
When you feel intimidated or threatened, trace the rune Tyr (t) upon your chest with your right index finger to invoke the god Tyr. Close your right hand into a fist and strike yourself sharply in the center of the chest to kill your fear, then cast your hand in front of you and stiffly open your fingers to throw the fear away from you. As you trace the rune and strike yourself with your fist, murmur under your breath this invocation to Tyr, the northern god of courage:
"Tyr came, (Pit of throat to navel)
Chained the wolf, (Pit of throat to right nipple)
Kept the oath, (Pit of throat to left nipple)
Killed the fear. (Strike chest and cast right hand away)."
A spell for beginners. It will only work with certain people so I'm sorry if it didn't work out for you.

For you personal book, you should use it to help you use spells.
First, you draw a pentagram.
Then, you draw a large circle around it.
In that space between the large circle and pentagram write down your wishes.
"Light the candles,
feed the flames,
let's circle around,
chant scared names,
beneath the ground,
wakes sleeping seed,
from winter's slumber,
it now is freed,
light the candles,
welcome rebirth,
the returning sun,
renews the earth!"
Sweeping Chant:
(Do this as you are sweeping
your house, or porch.)
"With this besom filled with power,
Sweep away the old and sour,
Sweep away the chill of death,
As winter draws its last cold breath,
Round round round about,
Sweep the old and useless out!"
Homage to the Goddess Chant:
"The maiden comes to bring us light,
The winter dies and all is bright,
The frozen ground shall disappear,
All shall sprout for Spring is near!"

Light the brimstone as incense. At midnight chant:
''IT IS MIDNIGHT.
THE GATES OF HADES ARE OPENED AND DARKNESS IS UPON THE LAND''
3X Hold the stone in your left palm.
''I CONJURE THEE DEMON BY THE POWER OF THY NAME;
ABSHALLAH NEJAR SEPTIA,
AS FLESH CLINGS TO BONE SO YOU TO STONE!
If done properly you should see with your mind's eye a purplish ''lightning'' dance around the stone.
You must never let sunlight hit the stone or the spirit will return from which it came.
You can ask of your demon anything but alas, it seems that the relationship is not permanent.
If you demon fails to comply with your wishes it may be time to exile it.
I've notice that threatening to place the stone in the sun sometimes works to ''compel'' the
entity but if it becomes violent immediately cast it out into the daylight.
You must reward the demon by feeding it three drops of your blood after if fulfills any of your wishes
Lets you win one with these simple words. It drains more power than a regular good luck spell, but it does work better than the average good luck spell.

First collect about a tea spoon of rainwater and poor it in a small cup (bowl is fine). Get some grass (leaves are fine) and put them in the rain water chanting: "As rain may come and go, please this time. Don't let it show. As all may know, Don't let it show."
Then get some dry dirt and mix it with the grass and rain water Then light your 2 black candles (On each side of the mixture). And recite: "From moon to sun, I call apon you. Take this weather away from us. Do not let it touch us."
Now light your single white candle and wave it over the mixture and put it down in front of the mixture. Blow the candles out and the weather shall not touch or harm you.

Chant that 3 times and visualise yourself with the new eye color.
Then chant this 3 times.

Then, Visualise yourself changing to the new eye color.
