Choose a candle colour which is appropriate for the type of wish (see the candle magick article for ideas). This should be a new candle which you are only going to use for this wishing spell.

Paint the container pink. Let it dry, then paint red love sigils and use the white paint to paint a pentacle on the lid (for jars, also paint the rim white). Pour the sugar in, along with the cedarwood and perfume/cologne. Mix it and add the rest. Close it.
