Take the candles and light them and put them in a circle on your altar. Put the white at the top, and the other colors anywhere. Take your hair (or other thing)and put it in the middle. Take your cloth bag and put it in the middle also. Make sure to remember the spell because you have to concentrate on the candles and not the book or paper you read the spell off of.
Pick your hair up (or other thing)and stare into the green candle and say:
"With this one strand of hair,
I will get wealthy because it's fair,
I invoke the spirits and want to say,
I need money, O I need it today."
The next time you say it, stare at the white candle, then the blue, then the red, then the gold/yellow.
Then after you're done doing that, take the bag and put the strand of hair in it. Then finish off the spell by saying:
"I will be wealthy,
I will be healthy,
With this strand of hair,
I will get my money,
And it will be fair."

Put the bowl of water in the center of the table or altar etc, light the candle and the incense, place the candle in the north and the incense in the south, take the rose and start taking of the petals off and throwing them into the bowl while saying:
"I throw cupids rose petals

1)Prepare your ingredients on your table.(any table)
2)Get your handkerchief then wet it with water but not too much.
3)Lay one palm without your handkerchief and the other palm separated with the handkerchief.
4)Throw the handkerchief to your other palm(without the handkerchief falling)
5)If water splashes on your hand, then you will have good luck

Type up the letter to the Shinigami as you would to the living person. Say that you want (name) to be dead by the method you describe. Visualize the person's death in action while doing so. Explain why the person has offended you and that he needs to be off the earth in 4 hours. End by saying that if the person fails to die, he may kill you. Say sincerely and print it out only to sign it with the consecrated pen. Use his picture or photograph (Polaroid may work the best, if they're still around).
Now the next as well as the above need to be done in seclusion. That is right, seclusion. Cast a dark circle with four strong incenses of various musky favors and light the four candles in each of the four quarters of the huge urn or BBQ Grill. Continue to use the visualization of the death of the victim and say, ''Oh Lilith and Azrael, bring to the death (name) by the Shinigami you shall send. Make him finish the job and send the victim forth to the depths of hell. Make him suffer in shame and torment for the wrongs he has sent. So shall it be.'' Then burn the photo and the letter in the sealed envelope in the grill and watch it burn while visualizing the person's death. Let the incense and the candles burn out.

Chant: "This thing that I have drawn, have made, needs to be real at last. Made 3D and real.
