This spell is used to encorage the other person aking part in this ritual to stop self harming. If they self harm under the effects of this ritual, the other person will end up getting hurt too. Do this at your own risk.

The two of you either should either stand or sit opposite each other in a quite room. Although this is not technically required, it does help strengthening the connection.Make sure you both are looking deep into each others eyes and concentrate on the others body and soul. Clear both your minds and imagine both your auras intertwining and connecting between you both.

Once you both feel a strong bond forming. Take out the pen or marker and draw a symbol, word or phrase that means something to you both on each others wrist. (I believe a butterfly usually works best, also don't worry about breaking eye contact, its important you draw a good symbol, your focus on the bond is much more important as well.)

Once the symbol, word or phrase has been drawn, look into each others eyes again and hold onto each others wrists, covering the symbols with your hands. Imagine your auras rushing into each others bodys through this link and say the words "through this, our bodies are now one."

Slowly let go and visualize a cord of energy connecting you both together by the wrists. Like I said before, this is a spell that should be used in order to encourage another to stop self harming. If they self harm, the other person will feel it too. Knowing this the person who self harms should stop self harming and get out of the habit.

Washing the symbol off of it fading away does not break the bond. In order to break the bond, foll these steps: Hold each others wrists covering the symbols (or at least where they used to be) and look into each others eyes, visualizing both your auras and the bond between you both.

Say the words "With this, we sever our bonds" and let go of each others wrists, visualizing the cord breaking as you let go. Wash the symbol off if you still have it, if you don't, its a good idea to give your wrists a good clean anyway.

First get your bowl or cauldron and put water in it. Then get whatever you want to quit. Say if you want to quit smoking burn the tip of the ciggerate(sorry if i spelled that wrong) cut it and let it cool. Then take the inside of it that was burned and put it in the bowl or cauldron. Or if you want to quit drinking pour beer or wine in with the water. Get the point. Then burn six red candles until they burn out. Take the left over wax that was burned and put it in the bowl or cauldron. At the end prick your finger don't cut it just prick it off a needle or something don't do anything harsh. At the very end mix the bowl together and say:

"Let these things attract me no more for I have given up on them and they have given up on me for I want to kill these beasts like they have killed me inside and out so mote it be!"

Say those words until the ingredients are mixed together thoroughly.

Go to a graveyard, or other place that is likely to be haunted. Then light the candle, and say while sprinkling the sandalwood into the flame: "bring him/her back. Bring him/her to me. Let them come to me, in my dreams." Go home, but don't blow out the candle until you get to your bedroom, so the ghost knows where to go.

Carve your name (or the person's name) into the wax of all three candles. Set them into the holders and light them. Then Repeat the following:

Then concentrate on the illness or condition that you are looking to heal. Let the candles burn out on their own when your done.

Boil water and crush ameythest. Then add rose petals and amythest to concotion to let cool. Add 3 drops to victim and wait

Draw pentogram around body. Then boil blood for ten minutes. Sprinke on body to reanimate. Be warned it may not be in your control!

Calm yourself, focus and relax. Close your eyes and imagine a ball of white energy in the center of your body, growing and getting brighter. Just imagine it covering your entire body and soul. You should feel something, an emotion. That is when you know you're clean.

Meditation Progress:

Go into a dark quiet room to start on your meditation. Sit down in a meditation position and let go all distractions. Calmy focus on your breathing in from your nose then releasing out from your mouth.Repeat this until your mind is completely clear.

Visualizing through meditation:

While your mind is clear imagine looking at your victim face, say their name once with a soft steady voice.Now imagine your soul is interning into their body.Once you feel your soul trapped inside the body chant this once:

"Oh,Spirits remain my soul into my prey through the night as I snooze, so mote it be!"

Absorb Dark Energy:

Now close your eyes again and imagine dark energy mist flowing around you you, centering inside your body (chakras). Once you feel the dark energy within you the mediation is conpleted,you are now charged up.

Now you'll need to write who you want possess on a paper and draw a pentagram on the paper,with name in the center(First & Last). Lay each candles on the 5 points of the pentagram.Light the candles then chant the following:

"Spirits as I lay move my soul to find my prey!"

Blow out the candles, place the paper under the pillow.

Final Description!

When you sleep you will dream, but you will be in control of your dream and you will be possessing the person who you wished in your soul possess.When your body wakes up your spirit will return to our body and the person will be in control of themselfs again.
