If you have a candle, preferably white, however it depends on what color makes you happiest, light it and sit. Pause for a minute and close your eyes, feel the energy around you. Envision it going into your body, filling a hole in your energy, now say the words,
"Spirits, fill me with joy, for I feel like but a broken toy, I ask you this not as thy master, but as thy fellow, I ask the spirits of above and the spirits of below."

Crush cloves into a powder
Crush Rosemary into a powder

Put 3 tbsp of coconut oil into a pot on the stove and add the ground up herbs. Add tbsp of clove oil. Add peppermint tea or herb. Stir until simmering and remove from heat.
Crush blueberries into a paste.
Remove tea bag
Strain the liquid through the cloth to remove the chunks of herbs and squeeze the cloth.
Strain the blueberries so the juice is added but not the blueberry skin.
Refrigerate (coconut oil hardens at a temperature colder than 72 degrees Fahrenheit.)

Go somewhere where the Sun is shining on you. If it is a cloudy day either ask the Sun to come put or ask the clouds to move. Raise your arms up a little bit with your palms facing outwards. Now feel the Suns energy.
Now imagine absorbing the golden solar energy that the Sun is giving you. When you feel soothed and calm, imagine the energy gathering into a ball. Now you can move that energy by imagining it moving. This energy can heal.

Light the two white candles and place both hands over the crystal of your choosing. Imagine your heart chakra swelling and seeping through your hands into the crystal (the heart deals with healing, physically and mentally). Depending on your condition, think of a cooling or heating sensation that you wish for that area (you may imagine fire, water, or ice). Method 1:
Take your boiling water (be careful with this!) Add it to either a glass bowl or keep it in the pot and add the salt. After that, take off the outside peel of the lemon and add it to the water letting it sit for 3 minutes. Then add your cinnamon stick now let it sit for an additional 3 minutes. Then take your dropper and add 6 drops of peppermint oil. Inhale the steam.
Method 2:
Cut up your lemon into thin slices and add it to your water. Chop up your cinnamon stick and add the chunks to the water. Lastly chop up your peppermint leaf and stem, add it to your water. Steep for 2-4minutes. Inhale the steam.
