#2731 - Hecate Summoning Prayer

This prayer allows you to summon Hecate so that she will take you under her wing and protect you from harm.

    *WARNINGS: Hecate is as strict as she is kind, so do not cross her. She can bring along death as she can life. She does not forgive easily and she holds grudges, so beware. Yet, she represents the Triple Goddess and holds enormous power and protection. If you're on her good side, she will shield you against harm and bring along creativity and guidance. She is darkness. She is everything. But do not fear her. With the bad comes the good. That is not only apart of Wicca (my religion), but apart of life and magick. In order to bring out the light, we must first be surrounded by darkness.*


    It helps if you are in a meditative state when calling on a deity, but you do not have to be. It would help if you have one of your deity's symbols. For instance, some of Hecate's symbols are the moon, keys, black, silver, darkness, crossroads, the number three, dogs, etc. Hecate is easiest to call on at night. Since she represents each phase of the moon, it doesn't have to be at a certain time of month. Make sure to hold the symbol and focus on it. If it is something that you cannot hold (like the moon or darkness), then just focus on it wherever it may be. I use the moon for my summoning. Clear your mind and let the image of it fill your mind, then begin to relax. You can think or say the words, ''Hecate, mighty Goddess of crossroads, darkness, death, wisdom, and the moon, please come to me. Please Hecate, protect me and help me when I am in danger. Treat me as one of your own and give me all that is needed. Hecate, surround me in your darkness so that I can bring forth my light.'' You will probably feel a presence at this time, but don't worry, even though Hecate is known for destruction, it is not all true. Remember, in order to have life, there must be death. This is much the case of Hecate.

  • One lavender-scented pillar candle any size
  • Matches or lighter
  • One white candle 6-8''/15-20cm in length
  • One pliable whip of whillow of length to fit over a person

    Cast a circle. Light the lavender scented candle and carry it around the space to scent it. Light the white candle while saying, "the purity of light - guide the way to gentle sleep. Hence may I be known, for the peace that I keep".

    Bend the willow into a hoop and fasten it family using the strong twine. Then fasten the camomile and lavender onto it. Hold up the hoop verticalled before the white candle while saying, "Through this candle I will pass on the road, morpheus, so my spell for sleep is blessed". Pass the hoop over your entire body.

    Hang the hoop over your bed.

    Dim the lights, light the candle and take a few moments with your eyes closed to center yourself. Boil a cup of full moon water, when it reaches a full boil, drop in the lavender flowers. Now inhale the steam and the healing aroma, as you do say:

    “Flowers of purple, heal my head

    I will not take to my bed

    The pain will flee

    O’ rising stream take the pain with thee.”

    Strain the liquid into a nice mug and sit for a while sipping the tea. Let the warmth of the liquid seep into your body and calm your headache. When there is a sip left in the mug, put the crystal into the leftover liquid and say:

    “Crystal Bright, Bring your shining Light

    Take this pain to keep me sane

    Right now I feel no mirth

    Your power is from the Earth

    Send this pain away and make my day!”

    Remove the crystal and place it on your “third eye” (the area right between your eyebrows), lie down for a few minutes and let the crystal absorb the pain. When you are ready, take the crystal to the sink and wash it under running water and watch as your pain goes down the drain!

    This is a curse mark spell: it takes energy from the intended person.

    Put your hands close together as if you were holding water. Put energy into your palms while saying "Tanka Yassen Templa". Any invisible energy will form into a curse ball. Thrust this at the intended person of the curse. You can "push" it into them using the palm of your hand to propel it. Within two weeks, the curse should take effect.

    Be outside at night, as long as it's dark out. Under the full moon. Light any color candle. Say:

    "Under the gods, under the moon
    creatures of the night hide in shadows,
    Longing, I wish for part of the life of a vampire,
    the blood, the thirst, so mote it be".

    Blow out the candle.

    It will heal a cut or wound in half of time it would normaly heal.

    Then say the following:

    NOTE: if said right you should be feeling a little dizzy after the spell, dont do it more than 6 times because you could over power the spell and it might not work!

    #2740 - Become a Vampire

    This spell transforms you into a vampire. I wouldn't recommend performing it unless you truly are serious about Turning. This spell is to be performed on the night of a New moon.
    You may need:

  • Sterilized Needle
  • White Candle
  • New Moon
  • Items to Represent the Elements
  • Something to make a circle on the floor with (chalk, rope, string, etc.)
  • Salt
  • Cup of Dirt
  • Picture of Yourself( can be drawn or a photo, old or new)
  • Wand (Optional)
  • Athame or just a plane knife

  • New Moon
  • Items to Represent the Elements

  • Salt

    First, you need to cast a circle. If you don't know how to do this, then Google it. You can use a wand to help control your energy. Place an item in each direction of the circle as you call the elements and invoke the God and Goddess. You can use salt to purify your circle by sprinkling it around the perimeter. Now that all of that is done, we can begin the spell.
    Sit in the center of the circle, staring down at the photo of yourself. All of your ingredients should be inside of the circle. Light the white candle and sit it next to the photo. Say:
    ''Humanity, Humanity, inside of my soul. For you, I have paid the ultimate toll. My humanity is like my life- It is like a flame. But I am tired of this boring game. Everything is always the same.''
    Pick up your athame/knife and hold it above the photo of yourself. Say:
    ''I no longer want to live or ever tire. I want to die and be reborn. Not as a human, but as a vampire.'' Stab the photo of yourself with the knife and then pick up the dirt and sprinkle it over the photo. Say:
    ''With this dirt that is part of this world. May my humanity be buried and never return. There's no going back from this new torment. No longer shall I know humanity. No longer shall I live like others. No longer shall I breathe or eat. I thirst for blood. I live for blood. I breathe for blood. Gods and Goddesses, please fulfill my transformation.''
    Pick up the needle and prick your middle finger (it hurts less on this finger) and then use your blood to put out the flame. Say:
    ''I am reborn. The transformation is complete.''
    Drink the rest of the blood from your wound and then clean everything up. It is best if you do this before bed. The transformation differs from person to person. Okay, hope this spell works for you. Blessed Be )O(
