First go into a room and close the door, get a peice of paper and write your fears on it. Then light the white candle and place it were u can acess it easily. Once you have writen down your fears and lighten the candle chant this 10× ''Fear gone, fear vanish. Fear that is within now banished!''. After you have chanted this fold the paper in half twice, then hold it over the candle's flame so that the paper burns (just be carful not to burn your fingers). After all of this is done extinguish the candle's flame.

Light all the candles and put them in a triangle with the biggest in the front. Mix the salt and water. Add the basil. Add the honey. Mix them with a spoon while you chant:

All you have to do is to close your eyes and to visualise you or someone's else body (if you want to use it for someone else is more easy to see a picture with that person before and to know his/her full name so you can concentrate better), a dark body without details, only the shape, like a shadow.
After you managed to visualise it concentrate to find the pain/desease/wound/virus...and try to see it as a violet cristal or cristals if there are more sources, but first try with only one per time, now try to visualise your hand how enter in that body, grab the cristal and pulls it out from the body, close the cristal in your fist up in the air and crush it in your hand and see how is crushing in litle pices like dust and disapear. Cast a circle. Prepare the candle by carving symbols and/or words that represent the self, strength, and confidence. Carve these all up and down the candle. You may also anoint it with oils, if desired. When anointing the candle, start from the top and bottom of the candle and move inwards toward the center, as you are aiming to draw something into yourself. Light the candle and sit before it, and take a few moments to visualize its light filling you. Write down the word confidence onto a small piece of paper. Hold it up and say:
"By this candle burning bright
And by this chant that I recite
I fill myself with strength and light
New confidence I now ignite"
Set the paper on fire with the candles flame and quickly put it into the flame-proof dish. Imagine yourself as a strong and confident person. Picture yourself in a variety of situations being self-assured and confident. Assert and affirm the change in yourself. You may choose to recite or write down a worded affirmation, such as:

End your ritual and snuff out the candle, and then put it in a safe place. Afterwards, whenever you feel you are lacking self-assurance, you can light the same candle and focus again on instilling yourself with confidence.

Dissolve the salt in the water and purify your house by sprinkling a small bit of the saltwater in every corner of every room, moving counterclockwise. As you purify your house, chant the following words:

Carve a symbol for friendship on the candle. It could be a picture of two clasped hands, a heart, an appropriate rune, etc.; or you can carve a symbol for peace, like a dove, to help ease tensions. Invoke a deity (perhaps your patron/matron deity) to bless your rite. If you don’t invoke a deity, you can appeal instead to the general powers or forces that be. Meditate or breathe deeply for awhile to center and focus yourself. Then gaze at the candle flame and address your invoked deity (or general forces) and say:

Cast a circle. Put the candle into the glass or bowl and fill it with water so that it is almost covering the candle; have the water level about a half inch to an inch below the candle’s tip. Sprinkle salt into the water around the candle and say:
"With salt, this water is made pure
I give it the power to heal and cure"
Imagine the water and salt glowing with a bright light. Perhaps visualize sparks as the salt hits the water. Light the candle and say:
"A spell was cast with baneful will
A wicked web was wrongly spun
I take away the harm and ill
I now undo what has been done"
As the candle burns, imagine that the water is emitting positive energies that will help to reverse the spell. Let these energies build up in your circle. When the candle burns to the level of the water and sputters out, take it out of the water and hold it horizontally with both hands. Say:
"This harmful spell I now negate,
Return things to their rightful state!"
At the last word, break the candle in half. As if the snapping sound were a thunderclap, visualize the energy in your circle being released in a burst of bright energy like lightning, destroying the effects of the spell you are reversing. If you can, snap the candle into even smaller pieces, breaking it further, making it useless and inconsequential.
Close your circle if you are not outdoors and take the bowl or glass of water and the broken candle outside. Bury the candle pieces as well as any wax that dripped into the water. Pour the water in a circle around where the candle is buried. If you are outdoors, do all this within your circle and close it when you are done.
