First take the quarts you have chosen and to get your vibrations intune with it rub it between two hands.You may also breath into your hands a couple times so your breath will act as water from your body because breath is a mist of vaporized carbon and water form your lungs.This will clean the crystal with your energy. Grounding: Stand in a fighting position and feel your Ki create roots into the ground. This makes your attacks/defenses stronger and helps prevent burnout. (When you run out of Ki.
Ki Ball: This is the basic starter for most techniques. First, cup your hands like you were holding a basketball and feel the Ki flow from your chest and palm chakras into your fingertips. the, when you've built up enough Ki, push it out of your hands into a physical form. Before you begin making this, I recommend starting a marigold tincture at least a week before you make this remedy. To make a tincture, you simply add alcohol, in this case it will be apple cider vinegar, and the marigold. Apple cider vinegar is antibacterial and a very popular home remedy for acne.
On the new moon, make a small amount of tea with green tea, rosemary, and any other desired herbs. After you brew the tea you can boil it to make it more potent.
Strain the tea and the marigold tincture into a jar. Add amethyst into jar to increase healing properties. Meditate with the amethyst and the jar and fill them with the intention of healing acne.
How to use:
1. Wash face with your regular face wash.
2. Dry skin and dab on some of the acne remedy.
3. Visualize your clear face, free of blemishes.
4. Repeat at least 2 times a day, once in the morning and once at night.
5. You will soon see your acne start to diminish!
First fill the bottle up with the water then place it out under the full moon.
This will draw the energy from the moon into your water giving it magickal properties.
This is a very simple healing method and can be used to sooth cuts and bruises.

Do this at night. If you have the red candle or black candle light it. Put it in the middle of the pentagram. Get some blood. Oh lucifer dark father. I ask of you to lend me thy light.
