Step One:

Burn the incense and cleanse the candle. The sick person can lie down, or stand up, it doesn't really matter. I suggest lying in a bed or on a couch though.
Take the white cloth and wipe away the negative energy from the candle. There are many ways to do this, but most recommend only wiping one way to avoid energy buildup.

Step Two:

Write the symptoms of the sick person on a bay leaf using a marker.
Put it in the center of your palm and say:

"In this bay leaf I here bind,
All of your sickness at this time."

Imagine the illness going into the leaf. Set it into the glass bowl.
You can repeat this step until you feel satisfied.

Step Three:

Give a bay leaf to the sick person and have them write down how they want to feel. Let them hold it for a while to charge it with positive and personal energy.

Step Four:

Give them a cup of tea mixed with a teaspoon of honey and say:

"With this draught all illness leave,
As I will, so mote it be!"

As they finish the tea, burn the bay leaf in the bowl. After it becomes Ash, release it into the air and go back inside. Try to make the sick friend rest for a while, sleeping is the best remedy for sickness. Place the bay leaf they wrote on underneath their pillow. They should feel better soon.

On a full moon, pour the water in the glass. Pour the other blood in with the water. Pour your blood in next. Put the fang into the mixture. Cast a pentagram with the glass in the middle. Put the candles on each point of the pentagram and light them.

Say this spell: "Me et in lamia, velim cum ingenio, virtute lunae in me verto lamia Hybrida" then drink. In a few days, you should see changes in behavior. Cravings for blood and various things.

Buy 1 or 2 healing crystals both of them different if possible then cleanse them.

Sit on a sofa of some sort and clear your mind and calm yourself down then tell yourself that you are grounding. Visualize red roots starting from the bottom of your back grasping over your legs and digging themselves into the ground down to the earth's core. Do that for about five minutes or as long as you need then ask for protection while healing. Imagine black energy leaving all of your body then focus on bringing white beams into yourself and imagine yourself with a white outline (aura) surrounding your body

Now imagine all that white energy circling and shining around your whole body then try to bring in the dark energy. Try to change its colour by bringing it in to yourself and imagine it changing white as it merges with your white energy circle.

Now finally ask for protection as much as you can until you feel like you've done it enough. Then let the person sleep and heal them. If you have a cleansed healing crystal then put it on their bladder area. If you have 2 then put the other on the third eye chakra or anywhere else. Try to be as calm as possible and relaxed when healing

Put your hands over them and let your energy slowly flow out of your hands then move your hands around there body but whenever moving to a different section of the body (upper section, middle section bottom section etc)just focus on each part for a few a minutes and keep doing that for 10-20 minutes but if you can't do that much then do 5-10 minutes and when your healing send healing thoughts to that person

Take a handful of dust and/or dirt from a graveyard, and place it in a bag (preferably leather).
When you are able to, hurl it at your enemy's back as they walk away from you. Note that this has to be an act of anger, or it will be an empty act.

Imagine a yellow or orange light going into the wound and sealing it up.

Mix together almond water and basil water into small bowl. Put apple slice and cut bay berry fruit into mixture and leave in cool place for 10 minutes. Take out apple slice and bay berry and let water drip off into bowl.

Sprinkle in arrow dust (too much arrowroot dust will cause the potion to turn it a paste) and stir until either clear or well mixed. Put into vial and keep in dark cool place until used, when used a small amount will be enough to heal headaches and pain in muscles and bones. If it turned out as paste rub on pained area for same result.

Acquire food, and hold it in you hands. Visualize a soothing white light entering the food, and sinking into it. Repeat this until you feel satisfied

Consentrate on the person very hard. Imagine him/her. Now say:

"All actions, thoughts, and words of hate,
Become your own decided fate!"

Do this regularly until you see effects.
