Take the pencil and paper and draw your changed forms like if you chose draco wolf draw draco wolf form then write down it's element fold the paper do the same for wolf form and dragon form. First, sit down at any substance you want that you could put a mirror in front of yourself, or if your sitting on the ground, place the mirror facing up at you as it is still visible. Then, place your pink candle to the left of the mirror, and your green candle to the right of the mirror. Light them both, and stare into the mirror, chanting:

Then, blow out the green candle only, and leave the pink candle lit, and then focus your mind on Aphrodite, to make you more glamours. You can say whatever you want, and do whatever prayer you want, it just needs to be to Aphrodite, so she will give you beauty. As you prayer, imagine yourself with better skin, better eyes, hair, etc, and receive more beauty!

Mix the herbs if you want, then pour the milk into the bowl. Stir it and say:

Add the rolled oats to the boiling water and stir with wooden spoon. In the extra bowl, mix the milk and honey until smooth. Strain the oat mixture and place oats in the other extra bowl. Pour milk and honey mixture on oats and stir.
If mixture has cooled, warm up in microwave and serve in quick succession to the person you want to see your inner beauty. Repeat if you want more people to see.

You will first transform when you get angry or when your blood pressure gets high so stay calm. Your first shift will have a light pain., then when you transform the next time, there will be no pain at all. So after your first shift, you can transform whenever you want. But when you get angry again yes, you will turn cause that leads to high blood pressure. This worked on me and my friend and I have black fur and silver eyes and she has green eyes and brown fur.
