Shielding Technique and variations

Visualize a red 6 the point you want to shield, visualize a green 1 at the surface you want to shield, and then imagine a golden O of illumination of a shield. This is for small areas. But if you add a silver V and brown A you can increase the area of the shield, also there being a limit by your level of strength. By imagining a black 8 and a blue X you can increase the shield at the cost of more energy and expand it to different lengths away from the body depending on the level of your faith. By practicing the visualizations it can become easier to perform without the visualizations but still stronger when you follow the formula.
