Haste makes waste. Thus calmly concentrating in one task is how one should proceed.
This meditation will help to gain this concentration and ability. First sit down where no one will disturb you. Then close your eyes and think nothing. Calm yourself, do not stress. Don't think nor imagine. Do not remember anything nor make any image in your mind. Just don't do anything.
While on it, inhale with the nose for 5 seconds and exhale with mouth for 5 seconds. Keep it up and remove any image, memory and thoughts coming to your mind. If one continues this meditation for 10 minutes his concentration and calmness will increase amazingly. Even headaches and stress will reduce and will calm the heart and mind. This will help to do any work whether it be magic or office work or training.
