This is how to get them to talk or come to you. Pretty basic.

Snap your fingers at them, speak your desire so shall it be, say "NOW!"

Stomp your foot three times speak your desire.

Knock on wood three times say what you want.

Connect through prayer, speak your desire over, and over, and over, etc. until they talk to you telepathically, mentally, or appear (manifest/hallucination).

Throw a tantrum, give ultimatums, cry etc. if that doesn't work rinse, lather, repeat, so shall it be.
