I have had a lot of trouble with confidence and setting boundaries (especially at work with my co-workers). It is hard to say no to people especially for me (even though I've been working harder towards thisI'd say I amdecently well.). I am definitely not going to get into details about the situation, as it's extremely personal. I know the old saying, practice makes perfect. I definitely do not want to burn down any bridges with my co-workers while being stern and firm. I also need to add that I have taken this up with my managers, and there is not a good way to put it other than "stand up to them". Would anyone be able to tell me if there was a way to direct my energy in a more confident way of setting boundaries and telling people a harsh "no"?
