Imagine a waterfall of golden light showering down into your crown chakra. Feel and imagine it going through all your chakras and throughout your body healing, cleansing and relaxing you.

Say: (either in English or Latin) The fire of the universe is within my soul. It lights my path filling me with divine light and love. I am at peace with myself and the world. I am healed and one with the universe.

Latin: Ignis in universum est anima mea. Implendum divinum lumen semitis meis devolat, et cum amore. Pacem me et ego mundo. Et sanabor in universo.
