I've noticed there aren't a lot of them so I decided to make one myself.

Light one red candle one yellow candle and one gray candle. Spiritual incense in hand is also helpful.
concentrate on the deceased person, maybe a happy memory you've had with them.
Say this:
Let (name) rest in peace
All negative energy now will cease
Now to the summerlands up above
There (he/she) will find eternal happiness and love
