Is my wish possible?

Here it is: I wish for a Wish notebook that has a leathery green cover and 100 pages. Whatever wish I write in it comes true no matter how impossible and I can edit wishes even after they come true and I can use Pen and pencil to write the wish. It won?t come true until I put the last period in the sentence. Let it materialize in front of me.

Will A Sigil spell work. If not tell me a wish spell that will work.
