For each spell that you decide to cast out unto the universe, first take a walk; I live on a dirt road surrounded by trees so this works really well for me and is extremley effective.As I walk any item from a plant to a tree that stands out to me in color, shape, texture; even to insects such as centipedes, caterpillars, fly's etc..I gather it as i walk and i prepare the spell and ritual as i gather the items i will be using. Never take your mind off the spell the universe and positive energy, once you get home put them on your alter or boil them in a witch brew.Not the insect of course that represents life and freedom because insects are so small yet so important just like humans.set it free once done with your spell.
