This is one of my versions of the advanced PSI ball

It is used as an offense spell it can also be used as a defensive spell if you know no haw to. I would suggest using this to defend yourself only. it is used to deal massive damage to a physical object like breaking bones or busting organs
there are two ways that you can learn this technique I will give you the first one and most likely the easiest
create a PSI ball push energy into making it the expand the careful how much you put into it though if you start filling fatigue to stop and rest when you have not done expanding it collapsed the ball in on itself compacting the energy into a even tighter and tighter ball once you do this for several days straight you should be able to use very little energy to do this you will know when you are done when you are able to break a physical object or damage it in any way with this technique
