I did a ritual recently, I've been in a few groups rituals but this one was my first one alone, I put so much energy and intention into it. I called one of the goddesses I work with and my guides, I started to sweat and feel a tight feeling on my chest, like the tissue rubbing slowly. I noticed it happens whenever I feel spirits at rituals. Has this happened to any of you guys before?

Just wondering... I'm still fairly new to traditional witchcraft.
