For someone who is not a practicing witch what do I need to do to make this spell work?

I have a pink candle and come to me oil, both of which I am burning at the moment (candle has been annointed with the oil) and I have visualised the person calling and me picking up the phone, anything else I should do?

Advice would be greatly appreciated.
