How do you know if you are meditating correctly? Every time I meditate I feel slight changes in my day and in energy, but the awareness seems to be quite dim and it goes away after a while. I am still somewhat tense because I am sensitive. Does meditation enhance your knowledge? I do find my mind is somewhat clearer and more focused after meditation. If you do meditation quite often, but skip a few days because of activities, is it still accurate meditation?
