Hi everyone!
I need to ask has anyone ever experienced shortness of breath during a purification ceremony?
I've had bad luck in a major way for quite a few years, and the other night I thought I'd go all out to battle this. So I ran myself a purification/luck drawing bath, lit ceremonial candles and booked remote healing, all in one go. I've felt much better since (maybe it's too early to draw conclusions?), but while I was doing it, it was hard to breathe. I don't think it was due to heat or humidity.
Was it just in my head, or is there an explanation?
