Recently I have developed an interest in opening my 3rd-eye and would like some help. I know that theres about a hundred threads like this but none actually give any information on how it is done, how you will know its open, its limits.etc.

Anyway I want to open mine, so could people in the "know" post in this thread what steps there are. Or your opinions, and advices in this area.

Start at step 1. My understanding of chakras is limited. I am not a buddist or scientologist. But I have an open mind. It is my assumption that if everyone who has opened their 3rd-eye posts information here than we should we able to create a fairly accurate method.
