I haven't change my profile picture in a long time. I got a new picture and everytime I upload it to my profile it keeps showing my old one. I tried the CTRL+R option as well nothing.

steps I took, I uploaded it, pressed save changes, the page reloaded to my main page with no change. I then went to the main page pressed CTRL + R it reloaded the page but of my old/current picture.

any help would be greatly appreciated,
