What are your expectations of a High Priestess or High Priest within the coven?

For me I would expect that they are knowledge and very skillfull. They should be respected by everyone and have worked their way up in the community.

They should be reliable, trustworthy, honest and keep their promises in a social sense as awell as a magical sense. They should have their lives in order and have a plan of how to advance the coven and taught within the group They should have been able to help any members of the coven,

not take over everything, support group desicions and be good enough to defend the group rusthlessly if required.

They should have excellent communications skills, by this i mean they need to be able to convey information to members, and then in return help the members to understand each other. Diplomatic, be able to way lay conflicts they will from time to time arise...in an adult manner without compromising the group's objectives as a whole.

Open minded, able to listen to other members of the group. The most important thing is to have a plan for the group, they should keep the group from becoming encouraging learning and expanding of thoughts, Introducing new things to keep the group stimulated in a learning environment.

High priest, priestess, mentor, council, members... everyone sees them and the rest of the group as family.

They should be well-respected, mature and skillful in their practices, and to be able to turn to others when something is outside of the field of expertise.

They should respect the individuals in the group
and should not be tyrants in terms of their power and should be willing to listen to the individuals
They should not be self-congratulatory, nor should they make unrealistic claims.
