Alright people have been saying magic is a practice, and can't turn you or make you have magical powers. I understand them, but I still believe in mermaids, vampires, werewolves, ect. Well I really would like a spell to control water. Is there a spell like that? I always wanted to become a mermaid, I believed never worked though. I positively believe in controlling elements. Is there a spell that people have tried and it worked for controlling the element of water.
