Ok, where should I start?

Well, it began when I was 13 (I'm 30 now.) with the dreams. I'm running in a wooded area, scared, lost and alone. Then I hear them, the howls, I look over my shoulder and a pack of like 10 wolves are chasing me, nipping at my heels (But not in a way to hurt me.). I run for like a few more miles, til I run into a man (Literally.) and the wolves disappear and it's just me and him. All I remember when I wake up about the man is his eye's, they're a piercing blue color. But he always points to a path behind him. "Go." he always says. Nothing more but "Go."
(I always wake up, as I head towards the path he points to.)

My question is could the wolves be my spirit animal? them guiding me to something. And the man I can't get his eye's out of my mind. He seems to give off a feeling of protection and a fatherly feel, who could he be?

(Hopefully I posted this in the right forum. I'm new and still learning my way around.)
