Hello everyone.i am in need of help and information.

I am aura and ki user.i have never tried about spirits or things like that.
But this month I have been sensing and feeling a presence beside me.i tried to touch it.i felt like touching electricity.i also feel that it sticks with me.Also this month I have been training on seeing ki and when I looked at that thing I saw a human like shape.as I keep training ki seeing that things also getting visible.and it is also not my energy.because it moves independently.so I am guessing it may be a spirit.also it seems to listen to my requests like telling it to sit on the sofa and it sits.

So the thing that I need is that is it a spirit and how am I gonna communicate with it.because it must have a reason to come to me.
