I wonder if anyone knows what this type of dream is called. Or is this a type of psychic abilities.

I just had a weird and very specific dream that through off a bit. The reason why is through me off is, I normally have two types of dreams. 1, Lucid dreams regardless on the topic or what dream is about the emotions that I feel in the dream stays with even after I am awake. For example if I am angry in the dream I'll be angry in the waking world for days for absolutely no reason at everyone and everything.
2, is where I can control my dream, the I am director of the dream, like this must happen then or later ect. Side note I am a very bad sleeper.

The dream I had last night was that I was a 3rd party watching the dream like a movie. What it felt like me is that I tapped into someone else dream and see how things play out like once again watching a movie.

I am not sure if the content of the what I see has any bearing, but there you go and for some reason I have a funny vibe sticking around still.
