Normally, when I dream something strange, it is not a big deal. I know what causes most of them. Although last night, it was a little different.

dream: i am walking down the side walk in the town i use to live in, a city. I pass by this old house, it looks just like the one that i lived in when i was a little girl. except this one has a little fence in the front, those knee high ones that you edge your garden with type thing. i go down the walk way and i knock on the door. this old lady, looks to be in her fifties opens the door. and we start to chat a little bit. i told her i use to live here when i was a little girl and how i would love to look around a bit. she lets me come in.

(now the strange part) i smell the air in the house... it had a smell. the same that was in the house when i lived there.

so she tells me she is renting rooms, $10 a month. i am excited and can't wait to tell my BF what just happened. when i leave the house though, i am chased by bees. they don't sting me, but they do chase and scare me. (I DO NOT LIKE BEES!!!) just a few at first, but the more i talk about it, trying to tell my BF a plan to move that we could make work, and the more pass by this house... the more bees start to chase me. they land on my arms, and are not scared off. last thing in the dream... i was being chased by larger than average bees.

i have never had a dream that had a smell in it. so i thought i could post it here and figure out the deal. the house i live in now smell Nothing like the house i once lived in. and i cannot move back in, because the house was condemed and torn down. just some of my fonder memories are in that house... could that have something to do with it? is there anything to this dream, or was i just uncomfortable last night?
