Okay, so today is Samhain. I didn't get to perform a ritual or anything because im a closet witch and my family was around me all day. So I kinda did one in my mind (if that counts LOL). Anyways, I know that today means the veil between then worlds of living and dead are at it's thinniest. All day I keep getting this warm, tingly feeling that I was being watched and protected. Even right now I feel like im in a good mood. I keep feeling like there are people around me and they are laughing and mingling. (even though I can't see them). Does this mean that my ancestors have come back today? Im sorta new to the wicca scene, so please undermine my possible stupidity.

Also, my carved and lit pumpkin outside keeps blowing out. And even though I constantly relight it, it still goes out. And the wind isn't blowing in the direction of it's carvings. Does that mean anything?
