okay, so about 4 or 5 months ago, i discovered that i had psychic powers. durning that piont on, my psychic abilities have been growing. my ability is to see the future in my dreams. sometimes i would have dreams in my sleep and after a few days or weeks they would come true. its like deja vu. now, my ability is more stablized. like, i wouldnt have dreams has much as when i first got this ability. now i dream the future like once a week. im really afraid that this ability will fade away. so my question is, how can you speed up your abilities growth, or increase your psychic powers? i know that meditation is a good idea but i dont really have time for it. is there anyother way to increase my psyschic power? i know that certain stones or crystals will help, but will your psychic powers just increase by just being around that stone, or do you actually have to meditate with the stone?
