This is just something I found lying around in the Citizens Advice Bureau in my town. It is in no way my opinion, but that of someone named Norbert Lieth (a Christian missionary from "Missionswerk Mitternachtsruf").
So here it is:

Christians should be aware of the following facts about Halloween:
1. Halloween has become the biggest holiday for witchcraft and other forms of occultism.
2. This day is regarded as the sole day of the year, when the Devil (who is the "Lord of Death" to many) can be called for help for different matters. Therefore, this day has a special meaning for satanists.
3. On this day there were and still are human sacrifices done by satanists.
4. Participating on Halloween festivities can lead to occult activity or making people receptive to it.
5. Throughout history, this day was considered to be especially favourable for all forms of divination and conjuration of spirits.
6. Celebrating Halloween supports pagan practices and philosophies like reincarnation (that a human will be born again after death, be it an animal or a human), animism (the belief in spirits), shamanism (magic priests) and druidism.
7. Occultist use this day to gain new disciples.
8. All customs and symbols of this day have their origins in paganism and occultism.

So what do you think or it? Did you have a good laugh as I did or is it just sad to you all?
