Hi Im herbalife ı am muslim and ım very intrested in this kind of things from age of 15 and ı am 18 this year ı have studied basic energy methods but ı cant use the energy sometimes and astral travel thing ı did every way and every thing ı came down to the end but ı cant come out how much ı try but it isnt happening please help me
