This morning I tried to pop out of my body again for the tenth time, but this time I think I was actually getting somewhere. My whole body was mildly vibrating, heard an eerie creepy buzzing noise in my right ear, and saw a faint hypnagogic image of a menace looking skull. After that was over, I tried I to move but I was paralyzed. Then I tried imagining a rope, but I could not because my imaginary skills are not that good. And then I just simply tried floating up but that did not work. So after about an hour when the paralysis ended I was like f**k it then I went back to sleep.

My questions are: where the heck did I go wrong? Is this a failure, or am I actually getting closer to reaching my goal of astral projecting? What what thing could I do to make this work?
