In my 3 years of studying energy and my experiences I have learn that energy can heal in many ways. I sun bathe often because it heals my acne, my eczema (Itchy skin disorder), and my achy bones. I think the sun can heal lots of other illnesses. I absorb energy usually from the sun to preform spells. Has the sun ever helped you with energy work?
