Good news I finally found my spirit guide. I was right in saying it was a fox. I was meditating in the car while going to Virginia Beach.
If anyone wants to try the meditation technique I used to find it you are welcome to. I use this technique a lot.

Visualize yourself in front of a large mountain or temple and add whatever details you would like. IN the front make a small opening which leads to a room with multiple paths. This technique is multifunctional as well. I have a pathes which leads to a room for past lives and what not. Visualize yourself walking toward one with a forest like setting. Once you are in the forest find a nice to wait for a while. Animals should begin coming to the place. The first animal is not necessarily your guide, talk to each one, your guide will have something important to say.
