This is a post for people who are have trouble with energy.


Tip #1 Calm yourself and focus. Your not going to help yourself by being stressed out. If you are then calm down and try again later.

Tip #2 Visualize the energy. I see mine as a white cloud of energy flowing through my body. This really helps when your doing qi gong.

Tip #3 Use your mind for shaping it and pushing it. When I do my energy ball I visualize a white ball of light and push the energy in my body with my mind and shape it with my will.

Tip #5 Patience. Just remember that any form of magic takes time. It took my about 6 months before I noticed a change.

Tip #6 Intense mental shaping of energy. Take about 10 minutes a day or 30 minutes a week (whatever you can afford) and go outside (or inside) and use your imagination to create shapes. Hard ones I mean. This is where the "intense" part comes in. For example I form chi whips, balls (the size of beach balls), chi swords, shields (medieval ones), chi blasts (which are different from the balls), and chi pushes (kinda like on star wars lol). They are hard and work out your mind as well as your chi.
