  • Targets clothing
  • intimate items (hair nail clippings ect.
  • paper/pen
  • freezer paper/bag.

1. Create a doll from the targets clothing adding hair nail clippings ect.

2. Write targets name on slip of paper, insert it in dolly.

3. Wrap dolly in freezer bag/paper and place it in freezer for as long as necessary.

Not forgetting to focus on your intent when creating the dolly ect.
