Firstly, if you do not work with dragons, do not call on them. Secondly, this chant is flawed. You say you are calm, then call on rage. That contradicts the energy. This could work as a placebo to help you while charging energy, but so could chanting anything. The point of an energy chant is to repeat something as you build energy. You usually chant words to give the energy a specific charge corresponding with the intention of a spell. To charge energy, most will chant a word like Om, but even then it corresponds with a specific intention.
