Pour sage all over around you
take finger/stick then say:

 

"Spirit cannot enter,
of electricity,
so cannot I
give me electrism touch."

 

 

Then stand and touch somebody.

Can we use ash instead of sage

Quest, the person you are responding to is no longer a member of SOM. The spell itself does not seem complete and the wording seems a jumble that won't accomplish anything. But basically they are talking about static electricity. If you wear a pair of socks, particularly wool, and rub them on the carpet you can generate static electricity and then generate a small spark if you touch someone.
