Set up your area/alter in the manner of your choosing: i.e. cleansing, ritual, protection spell- whatever works for you.
Light your candle and concentrate on the person's picture or paper with name written on it- setting your intent- and chant × 3:
"I call upon the wind to take back what was stolen from my heart so pure.
I call upon the earth to release the darkness that I buried deep to keep them from harming you.
I call upon the fire to burn the pain you've caused in every memory you seek.
I call upon the water to drown you in your misery while washing my soul clean.
Actions lead to consequences and all gifts given are hereby revoked.

When you are done chanting, discard the person's picture or paper w/ name however you choose:
- if your choose to burn them, only do so if you are experienced and are in a FIRE SAFE AREA WHILE USING A FIRE SAFE CONTAINER TO HOLD THE BURNING OBJECT.
Blow out the candle- making sure the wick is fully out- then discard the candle.
