Banishing and Change

Sit in a quiet place. Hold the candle in your hands and visualize your life. Light the candle and feel the energy come to you. Once you feel it, say: "The candle I see before me, it's color so bright, holds my needs for change in its light. I call in forces higher than I to release the energy that is held inside. May it work for me in the most correct way, harming none and helping all as it leaves my stay. I call on thee in trust and love. Send me guidance from above". Then blow the candle out.
