Pick somewhere that is calm and silent, where you feel comfortable. Now close your eyes, visualizing that you are somewhere peaceful- surrounded by green trees and flowing water. While your eyes are closed, take ten deep breaths. Concentrate on each breath you take.

After your breathing is done, chant: "With all the power of my mind, let me forget what is bad and call upon the good to come my way. So shall it be". Open your eyes, feeling refreshed and happier.
