Casting Instructions for 'Stress Relief Meditation'
First put the to candles beside you, 1 on the left and 1 on the right. Then light them. Next go into a meditative state, relax every bone and muscle in your body, then get a clear mind. Now imagine white brilliant light surrounding you and going through you and clearing up all the dark spots on and in you. Once all the dark is gone awake and put the candles out.
