Strange dream

Hello everyone. I had a really weird dream last night and was wondering if anyone has ever experienced anything similar.. I was having a normal dream about my old house and there were a few random people there. I all of a sudden realized I was dreaming and started to ask a guy I have never seen before "am I dr...." and in the middle of the word "dreaming" I completely froze and couldn't move or finish my sentence. Then my dream was replaced with the night sky and the stars were arranged in the shape of a man's face. He told me never to ask that again and all the sudden I was in a completely different dream. And when I tried to tell someone what had happened in that dream I woke up

I myself havent experienced this but I know someone who has.
My friend had a dream she was being....forced...by some men, and as her body started to wake up the men said "quick, she's waking up!"
I have also had different experiences. I see 15-30 seconds of a random snippet of the future. But that's completely random and often unreliable. We (actively) only use 3% of our brain. I hypothesise that when we go to a different "plane" as if were, our dreams arent always just dreams. I am not certain, I'm definitely not experienced in any way. My skills lie in theorising and reading.
Standard dreams have a certain quality. The more "astral plane" like dreams have a different quality. They feel less physically real but they stay in the brain. Try keep a dream journal. You might find a pattern, or something along those lines of why you see what you do

I've had dreams that have come true since I was a child but this was different. It seemed like something stopped my dream and sent me to a different dream completely. I've just never heard of anything like it
