I recommend looking into the properties of a few different plants and seeing which come close to what you are looking for, for spell work or to grow.

Closer I really don't have money so I'm just looking for a spell that able to alter properties of a plant that the user wants and it can go by healing to helping is there energy or using a plant-based bill mostly a plant army knife spell that not only will make the plant grow but can be used for different things maybe things that are not even related to plants so yeah that's why I'm looking for I spell that can do that

For a plant to grow it has basic needs, correct soil, sunlight, and water. Some add fertilizer, food (plant food), or other implements yet its needs are basic to its survival. They like us have needs that need to be met in order to grow, to be healthy, and to survive.
